Does having very dark eyes make it hard for the doctor to measure their base cur!

Question: Does having very dark eyes make it hard for the doctor to measure their base curve!?
He mismeasured the base curve of my eyes for colored contacts!. So the prescription turned out very blurry and the lens was moving with my top lid!. Is it possible for the doctor to have a hard time measuring almost black colored eyes, or what made him do that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
No, in the Keratometer we just see a reflection off the cornea, the eye color doesn't make any difference!.

I'm glad you got them from a Dr!. though, so that at least you can go back with them!.

Can't give you a reason why that happened!.!.!.but hopefully the Doc can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, it might have been just human error on his part, maybe he took note of the wrong #'s!. I bet he makes it better!Www@Answer-Health@Com
