Answers:
No you dont have a lazy eye! Your brain tries to make one single image with the information it gets from both eyes!. So it's pretty hard for someone to be able to concentrate each eye on each of the other person's eye!. Going back and forth between the eyes or just looking at one of their eyes is a pretty good idea!.

Not being able to look people in the eye is a sign of insecurity; by avoiding eye contact, you are in effect, removing yourself from the conversation, and making yourself less vulnerable!. Unfortunately, this is counterproductive to healthy social interaction; making eye contact can make an enormous difference in how people think of you!. Eye contact shows that you are interested, listening, and confident in your body!.

Since you are having trouble looking people in the eye, I recommend doing things to improve your self esteem!. Throw yourself into an activity that you would enjoy - I know weight lifting would really pump up your confidence!. Read a self help book!.
If you don't dig these things, here's a quick fix: try practicing your eye contact in the mirror while you're brushing your teeth or something!. Make eye contact in a relaxed manner - don't blink too often or too little, don't wander your eyes all over the place but don't focus too hard either!. A lot of this sounds ridiculous but it is an integral part of body language!. The bottom line is that if you're truly confident and pleased with yourself, you won't even have to make an effort to make good eye contact!. Work on improving yourself and this problem will likely correct itself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I do not think you sound weird!. I think that what I do is kind of a triangle I look at their eyes individually and then at a persons mouth if they are talking to me!. I kind of rotate!. Some people look between the eyes or at the nose!. I think I kind of roam over a person's face!. I like people, so I like to look at their faces and absorb who they are!. I think you are fine, you just never realized how complicated face recognition is and how important visual connection can be with communication!. I think you should just relax do let yourself do what comes naturally!. You are quite fine, my dear!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The way I do it is I make sure to look at the person directly when they are speaking to me!. I look back and forth between their eyes, but not too rapidly!. You don't have a lazy eye, don't worry!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
