Contact lens problem! Answer A.S.A.P. please!?!

first, relax!. stressing out wont help!. try putting solution or some hydrating drops into your eye!. then try to remove them!. If this still doesn't work, see if your family can help!. if they still wont budge, call your eye doctor!. it's not big deal, he can remove them really easily, it happens sometimes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Like everyone else has said, wet your eye with some solution or wetting drops!. Unlike CJ, I find it easier to wet my finger before trying to get out the contact, because contacts like to stick to wet things!. (Try both ways and see what works for you, though!.) Sometimes I also try to move the contact through my eyelid!. I close my eye and gently press on my eyelid to try to slide the contact off center!. Once I can get it to slide off center under my lid, I open my eye and I can usually get it off!. This helps my eye from getting too irritating by touching it a lot, too!. Add a bit of saline in your eyes, then wipe the out side of your eyes off to remove the excess saline!. Make sure your fingers are dry before you try to take them out!. I had that problem once and i dried my hands good and they came right out!. I would go ahead and wait another 1/2 before trying again to give your eyes and your nerves a short brake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

squirt some saline in your eye to hydrate it, then remove as usual!. your eyes are dried out!.
