Clean them using running water and a teeny drop of dish detergent (any kind except lemon) as often as you need to!. Rub both sides of the lenses and the nose pieces!. Then dry on a soft cloth, like the hem of your T shirt!. Much faster than a cleaning kid, and IMO, more effective!.
You can also train yourself to touch your eye area less often, but it takes some effort!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is often because of the anti-reflective coating on the lenses!. i use hand soap and a clean towel (a damp paper towel in a pinch)!. i do have to work a bit harder to get stuff off, but it's worth it to see!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes, keep cleaning the with the cloth you are provided!. Try to clean them daily and dont slack off because if you do then it will get even dirtier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
