Question: Help i am trying to purchase contacts on line but i cant read my prescription!?
I tried calling the doctor's office and they said they can order them for me but there price is double the price on the net!. I told them no thanks that all i need was for them to clarify the prescription but she stated that for that i would need to in again and pay for the exam and office visit!?!?!?!?!? the prescription states under sphere is like an N or something no number and cylinder=-1!.25 , axis=90 prism= 8!.6, ADD = 14!.4 the doctor's office sold me vertex toric (cooper) brand / the prescription is the same on both eyes and i have astigmatism!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

OK, so, if you are sure there is no number in the SPH part, then your prescription would be,
0!.00 in the Sphere part of the order form
- 1!.25 in the CYL part
Axis is 90
The Base Curve is 8!.6!.!.!.and diameter is 14!.4
The 0!.00 on their order form may say PLANO instead!.!.!.that is the same thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it's been a year since your eye exam, you won't be able to order them online!. They won't tell you over the phone because it's been a year and you need to get your eyes checked out again!. So, if you ordered online, you would need to enter your doctors info, and the company will try to verify your prescription, but if they can't verify it (and they won't be able to because your doctors office will say that prescription expired) you won't get contacts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You are entitled to a copy of your contact lens prescription if the exam took place less than a year ago!. It is federally mandated that you be allowed to purchase your lenses wherever you wish!. If you are in good standing, owe no money to the practice, and have a current prescription, insist they give it to you!. They should mail it or you can drive by to pick it up!.
