Follow my tips-

1!. Eat green leafy vegetables, which contains Vit A, Vit B Complex, C, E, and proteins!.

2!. Consume carrots, dairy products, fish and spinach!.

3!. Avoid watching television for long hours(if you watch, do it from a distance of at least 8 feet)

4!. Wash your eyes with cold water regularly!.

5!. Do eye exercise - like rotation!.

6!. While reading keep the book at a distance of 15 inches!.

7!. Blink repetedly : keep the eyes moist!.

Even I had followed the above points, and my eyes are healthy!.

Well, nothing you can do will improve your vision!. Not even wearing your glasses, or eating any certain food!. On that note, there is also nothing you can do to make your eyes worse; wearing the wrong prescription or sitting too close to the T!.V!. will not make your vision any different!.

Handling and cleaning your contacts properly ( if you have them), and regularly going to the eye doctor will keep your eyes healthy though!. Also, wearing the right prescription for your eyes will reduce eye strain, making you more comfortable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I m not a professional but still i got this through a mail in which there were tips for the people who cannot leave computer even if the want to leave!.!.!.!.!.

Eat healthy

Incorporate Vitamins A, C, and E on a daily basis; eat citrus fruits, green leafy
veggies, tomatoes, spinach, poultry and dairy products!. Pack a box of chopped carrots,
cucumber and fresh fruits and munch in-between meals at the office!.

Lighting can make all the difference

Room lighting should be diffuse, not direct, to reduce glare and reflections from your
screen!. Look into an internal or external glare screen and be sure to set your colour,
contrast and brightness levels to suit you!.

Try and blink your eyes for 20 times in succession, to moisten them

Sit straight at your workstation and rub your palms against each other till you feel them
warm!. The warmth of your palms helps soothe and relax tired eyes!. Then, lightly cup your
eyes with your palms and relax for 60 seconds!. Count the seconds in your mind!. Repeat
this exercise two to three times whenever your eyes feel tired, or as often as you want!.
While palming, you can either rest your elbows on your desk or keep away from the desk
and cup your eyes!. Both ways are fine!.

Splash water on your face
