and i don't wear contacts!.
or glasses or anything, i have perfect eye sight!.
but my eyes are always dry , and sometimes itchy

You should try some eye drops!. There are different kinds!. It should say on the bottle of it!. It keeps your eyes fresh and clean!.

the best eye drops i ever use are Murine drops!. they are very powerful!. if you use them and it burns, it means you really needed them!. but don't use eye drops more than 2-3 times a day, it can make the feeling worse!. do you have allergies!? if so that can really make you eyes feel miserable, and there are separate eye drops for those!. but try the Murine brand, they can be found at Albertsons, Rite Aid, Walgreens and other similar stores!. usually after using the eye drops in the morning, i don't need to use them until that night before bed!. hope you feel better soon^^Www@Answer-Health@Com
Eye doctor had me using Systane while this was happening!. Don't apply the lubricant directly on your eyes!. Pull the lower eye lid down and put a drop or two there then blink it in!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
