Of course you can, some of my friends are 13 and wear contacts!. Just be sure to ask for your parents permission and to make sure your hands are clean when you put contacts in your eyes, so they don't get infected or anything!.

I was 12 when I started wearing contacts, it will be perfectly fine!.!.!.and it's life changing as well, you won't believe how much better you will feel when you don't have to wear your glasses the whole day!! It's totally worth it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
