I've noticed that when I start getting a headache it's time to take a break!. I usually take a 10 minute break to let my eyes adjust!. Check to see if your monitor is too bright!. This will definately bother your eyes also!. And as another stated, never set at the computer in a dark room as it is very bad for your eyes!. I wear glasses and still my eyes bother me when I'm on the computer too long!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you stay on the computer a lot people suffer from headaches, backaches,eye aches!. so you might want to start using the computer less!. And to see if you need glasses or not you could right on a paper some letters in different sizes hang it on the wall and move away and see if you could read all the letters!. You should be able to read them if you are stressing to read them than i think that you need glasses and its better if you go and check with an eye doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well first tie your hair back!. Second, when on the computer make sure you do not sit in the dark, that is very bad for your eyes!. If your eyes are bothering you, then go see an optomotrist and take an eye test!. They will be able to tell you better than anyone here if you need glasses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
