Regular check ups are key to preventing anything serious that can happen - and that goes for regular doctor check ups too!
Every state is different, but most of them are once a year!.!. others are once every every two years!. There's a good chance your eyes have changed since you were seven years old!. Most insurances cover a routine eye exam, so take advantage of it and go "see" an Optometrist :)

It is recommended that you get your eyes tested every two years!. If you have, or have had problems with your eyes, or your family are prone to things such as glaucoma, you should go once a year!. Your best bet is to visit the optician,who will give you the best advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
