Contact lenses on holiday?!

Soft contacts soak up everything in the water including chemicals and bacteria and then hold it all against your eye!. A lot of people wear contacts around pools and don't have problems, but it's definitely not advised because it increases your risk of infections and irritations!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i used to wear contact lenses but my eyes became too sry but any way lol, erm i took them on holiday and wore them i put them on when i was going down to the pool but i found that they were totally fine around the pool and sea but when it came to sun bathing i found that uncomfortable as i had my eyes shut lol, but u may already kno u can werar urs with ur eyes shut lol!.
as for swimming id make sure u have very good goggles on or make sure u take spares!

When swimming, keep your eyes closed or wear goggles!. Bring a pair of glasses just in case you accidentally let a contact slip out in the poolWww@Answer-Health@Com
