sorry to tell you, but there's no way to do it unless you get a laser eye surgery!. the best one available is LASIK which caan improve up to 90% od ur eyesight is u are under 300 degree, 30-60% if u are between 600-1200!. if you are thinking about getting one, consult with ur doctor about it!. and dont be afraid to search aand search because there are risks to it!.

When you say degrees, I'm guessing you mean your diopeter number!. The only way to lessen your number is laser surgery like LASIK or PRK!. I really don't understand your optometrist's opinion, as wearing glasses for too long won't affect your vision!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
