Answers:
Well, this has nothing to do with your smoking habit (which is, regardless, a bad habit)!. You can't leave your contacts on for the entire day, because your eye won't get the oxygen it needs, which is seen in your bloodshot eyes!. I personally put my contacts on for a maximum of 12 hours, although I can put them on for 16!. You can never be too safe!.
If you really want to keep them on for a long time, I suggest buying daily disposable ones!. Opening a new contact lens every day is as healthy as it can get, and the eye will get more oxygen because of the lack of dust residue on the lens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What brand of contact lenses are you using!? It sounds like our contact lenses aren't letting enough oxygen through to your eyes and making it dry!.!.!. Do your eyes' condition improve when you take out the contacts!? If so, that means you have a problem with your contact lens!. If it still continues, then you should see a opthalmologist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
