Is there anyway I can't prevent my eyes from opening in my sleep?!

Question: Is there anyway I can't prevent my eyes from opening in my sleep!?
I think my eyes, right one in particular come open a slight bit when I'm sleeping!. When I wake up they are very dry, sore and red :( My eye doctor siad this possibly happens!. I have every drop in the world including Restasis, but they still look and feel really bad!.
Any way I can make sure they just stay shut!?
ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Use a non-abrasive tape if you wish - anaesthetists use them to keep your're eyes protected when your in surgery!. Tapes called micropore or transpore (made by 3M - should be able to get them at your local chemist) are good - they are designed for sensitive areas - BUT CAN BE VERY STICKY!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tape is sticky and painful to remove, and I generally dislike it!. Instead, I personally use the 'tranquileyes chronic dry eye kit' from http://dryeyeshop!.com/ (you can call in an order at 877-693-7939)- these are rubber goggles with foam to seal out air, and then they have a little pad in the center that you wet to create an extremely moist environment!. The unlined foam is quite comfortable even if your skin is sensitive!.

I also use the little-known drop that they (and they alone) sell, called dwelle!. For tons of terrific scientific reasons that are beyond me, not only does it provide far greater and longer-term protection, it actually can work to promote healing and lessen my need to drop!. I rarely believe such 'non popular' products, but the proof was in my results: I use eye drops half as often as I did now, but have more 'managed symptom' days!. I greatly, greatly suggest purchasing the kit of the three drops sold by them and trying them all out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Agree with Majenta, they can be taped shut!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
