Opti-free replenish [vs!. opti-free express] is actually made to cater with people with dry eyes!. The best contact solution on the market is Clear Care and usually the one that my optometrists that i work for switches patients to who complain of dry eyes!. It is the only contact solution that kills both bacteria and fungus!. It contains 3% hydrogen peroxide so you have to use the case it comes with and allow it to sit in the case at least 6 hrs so the solution completely neutralizes to be as gentle as your own tears!.!.!.oh and you can't just rinse your contacts with Clear Care or squirt it directly into your eyes bc it WILL BURN!. it's kind of a hassle sometimes because of the whole at least 6 hrs thing, but i noticed a difference after i switched to clear care and my contacts felt less dryWww@Answer-Health@Com

the same thing happened to me when i first got contacts, and i thought i needed new solution, but i found it actually really helped if before you put them in your eyes wet them really good and even drop some in the "bowl" and then put them in your eyes!. idk it worked for me!. also, i play softball and when i played my eyes hurt so bad but it was actually because of the dust, so stay out of dusty areas with your contactsWww@Answer-Health@Com

I am also a contact wearer!. Maybe you're having allergies!? My eyes itched during the allergy season!. But, I always use soft lense multi-purpose solution and have had no problems!. It probably isn't the solutions, 'cause all solutions are basically the same!. Perhaps it's the contacts, you may want to try "acuvue lenses" which stay moist all day, which would rid you of the dryness!. Look up different types of solutions, and find what's right for you!. You can always consult your eye-care professional, i'm sure he/she will have better feedback!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're definitely having a problem with the solution!. I use the Bosch and Lomb Renu No Rub!. It does not dry out my eyes the way Opti-Free did (and my eye doctor swore by Opti-Free)!. Sometimes you have to try a few to get it right, but Renu works well for me!. I'm not constantly blinking my eyes because my contacts are so dry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well make sure that your hands are realy clean and make sure you rub the lens for a little bit to clean it all out!. opti was good for me!. !. !. maybe it's just not for you!. !. i just got lasik so i'm free of contacts now!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Aw, I wish i could help! I'm getting my contacts for the first time next Monday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
