Try meditation and positive self talk, tell yourself over and over "this is temporary it wont last much longer" I think it feels kind of ticklish when my eye twitches, it really doesn't bother me because I know it will soon stop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i would go to a doctoror eye doctor, don't think about it and just focas on what eer you are doing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
