put it on your finger then look sideways!.
if the sides look nearly vertical like a bowl then its the right way round!.
if the sides splay out and it looks shallow & wide like a soup plate then its inside out!
naturally this only applies to soft lenses as hard lenses cant turn inside out - they'd break! But its the same for ALL soft lensesWww@Answer-Health@Com

To check:
Hold the lens on your fingertip flat!. Using your other hand, gently poke the top edge of the lens with your fingernail, a about 2 or 3 mm down for the edge!. If its the correct way, then the lens edge should form a bowl!. If its inside out, the edge would point outwards slightly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know if this works with all lens but mine have 123 printed on them so when I hold them up to the light if 123 is backwards they are inside out!. Alternatively if they feel uncomfortable take them out and turn them inside out to see if they feel more comfortable!. xWww@Answer-Health@Com
The easiest way to tell if your lens is inside out or not i just by looking!. When the lens is on your finger you want it to look more like a cup than a saucer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
With mine, if I balance it on my finger, it makes a smooth upside-down dome shape if it is the right way!. If it is inside-out then there is a slight lip at the top (you have to look closely)Www@Answer-Health@Com
