omg that's terrible! i work at an optometrist office and i'm the one who trains people and there have been times where i've sat with people for over an hour teaching!.!.!.and that's with someone telling you what to do! i'll try to type out how i instruct people!.

ok first thing is to make sure the contact is the right way!. place it on your index finger so that it's sitting like a cup like this:
http://www!.sauflon!.co!.uk/usa/images/r_im!.!.!.

ok, now, the edges should be curled inwards and it should be a perfect cup-like shape!. if the edges are curling outwards, that means theyre inside out and youll need to flip them over!.

you can put your right contact in first!. you'll have the contact sitting on your right index finger like a cup!. then use your middle finger on the same hand and put it right up into your bottom lashes and pull that bottom lid down!. use your index finger on your LEFT hand and put it against the underside of your top eyelid and pull upwards!. this way, there will be no lashes in the way for the contact to get stuck on!. pull your lids gently apart so that your eye is opened bigger than the contact lens!. [this is easiest done looking into a mirror by the way]!. just look straight ahead and place the contact directly onto the color part of your eyes and push it against your eye gently enough until you feel the entire contact surface stick to your eye!. take your finger off of the contact and if you're able to get it completely on the center of your eye, kind of look up, down, left and right, and then blink!. do the exact same thing with the left eye as well and you can use your right hand or left hand to do so, whichever is more comfortable for you!.

to take your contacts OUT, you would kind of pinch it off with the meaty part of your middle finger and thumb!. the most important thing to remember is never pinch it off of the color part of your eye incase you accidentally scratch your eye!. you can use your index finger and place it directly on the center of your contact!. apply enough pressure so you can move it downwards so at least half of it is sitting on the white part of your eyes!. then you can proceed to pinch it off of the white part of your eye!.

sorry that was so long! it seriously takes everyone a really long time at first but with practice each day, you'll be able to just pop them right in and out in no time!. the hardest part is just fighting that blinking reflex and getting used to touching your eye!. goodluck with the contacts!Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. CLEAN SANITISED HANDS!
2!. Make sure lense does not have any particles of crap on it and is not flipped inside out
3!. Put a little bit of cleaning fluid inside the contact lense ( like one drop ) while its sitting on your finger before you place it on your eye
4!. Hold eye open with both fingers
5!. Place the contact lense on your eye but have you finger pressing it down a bit from the edge of the contact lense, not the centre of it because pressing down on the centre seems to hurt because your touching the colour bit/pupil of your eye
6!. The fluid you put inside should help the contact lense fit onto your eye and let the lense kind of adjust to the spot, also the fluid allows it to be nice and moist which is quite comfortbale for theye
7!. Slowly close the eye so that fluid can squeeze out of the lense and then thats it, keep blinking until your eye feels quite normal and your lense is sitting comfortbaly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hold your eye open with both hands, your right hand on bottom of your eye and left on top!. Use your middle fingers to keep it open!. Don't close your other eye when you're doing this!. Use the pointer finger of your right hand to put the contact in!. Make sure the contact is level!. Open your eye wide and look slightly off to the side, not straight!. Don't force it in, just gently ease it onto your eye and it should stick and center itself!. It'll get easier, you're just not used to touching your eye yet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1st and formost go BACK to where you got the lenses and ask for a tech to show you the proper way to put in contacts, remove them, clean them and store them!.

Knowledge of each of these steps is vital in order to keep you eyes healthy!.

Quick lesson that was given to me:
- Make sure your hands are clean and rinsed prior to touching the lens!.
- A contact lens, like a shirt, has a right side and a wrong side, you must first determine this!. Place the lens on the tip of you index finger (if your right handed, used your right index finger)!. Does it look like a bowl (looks like it could hold water)!. This is the proper way to place the contact lens!.
- With your left index finger you hold up your upper lid and middle finger you will down your lower lid!.
- Right before you place your lens on the eye gaze up and to the left !. !. !. place the lens!.
- The trick is to NOT blink and displace the lens!. If you can grab your lashes and PLACE your upper lid over you eye ball and shut your eye!.
- With your eyes closed move your eyes to the upper left, upper right, lower left, lower right!. This is to help center the contact lens on your eye ball!.

With the proper instruction (and each person has their own tricks) it should not take you even 5 minutes !. !. !. 10 if you happen to drop one and spend a few minutes trying to find it!.

Good Luck !. !. !.go get some top notch instructions!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Also, make sure you don't get any kind of hair or other particles on the inside of the part of the contact that touches your eye or it will be very irritating!. Also, it will take a few days to get use to them so don't ditch them if you feel uncomfortable or if you begin to get a headache because this is just your body adjusting to them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
