Trouble with contacts!?!

Question: Trouble with contacts!!?
I got my first pair of contact lenses yesterday after several years of wearing glasses!. I was able to put them in after wrangling around for about 5-10 minutes at the Dr's but am having a fit at home the next day! I'm doing everything I can!.!.!.washing hands, rinsing the lenses, nothing seems to work! When I DON'T get the lens stuck on one of my eyelashes, the lens gets pressed onto my finger instead of my eye!. I've tried with the lens dry and fingers dry, lens wet and fingers dry, and fingers wet and lens dry, I don't know what I'm doing wrong! Any tips!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
first of all make sure you hands are clean :D
also never let your contacts make contact with tap water
just put a tiny bit of solution of before putting it into your eye

right,
always put in your right contact first as this stops confusion!.
take your left hand and put it over your head and use your fingers to pull your right top eye lid up!. next put the contact on the tip of your right hand pointing finger!. use your other fingers on your right hand to pull down your bottom eye lid!. then look to the left and still holding your eyelids use your right pointing finer to gently push the contact on to the white bit of your eye!. gently sorta wiggle your finger around slowly to push out all air bubbless off!. then slowly look on to the contact!. blink a few times and wallaaaaa :D
its on!

hope this helps!!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh boy I still can remember my first time with contact lenses!.!.!. living hell!.lol anyways, This is what I do to make it easir for my self, after cleaning my hands u must look and make sure the contact lens is not inside out then to help it "glue" to the eye I put i on my index finger and then I put a small drop of the contact lense liquid inside the lens and then when placing it in your eye look straight at it and after you notice the contact is no your finger anymore don't close your eye yet, just carefully try to by moving the sking around your eye, put the contact in place!. sometimes there is a possibility of a bubble of air underneath it so by doing that it helps the contact to get into its place!. Each person my have a diferent opnion but thats what I do and to take it off, just look to one side and gently bring the contact lens to the other side of your eye and then take it out!. Just please becarefull not to hurt your eyes or scratch them with your nails!. very soon you will see how easy it is to deal with them !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
