it depends on how many hours you spend at the computer each day!. If its frequent and for excessively long periods of time than the tension in you eye builds up and that can cause your eyes some serious damage!. your Eyes function like any other muscles in your body!. If you use a muscle for too much, it will eventually put a strain on you!Www@Answer-Health@Com
