Bust blood vessels and contacts?!
Question: Bust blood vessels and contacts!?
My eye doctor told me to practice touching the white prt of my eyes so my eyes would get use to benig touched, so when i get my new contacts it would be easier to put them on!.!.
Well I did what she told me, but it seems each time I do that, i bust my eye's blood vessels is that normal!?
and would that prevent me from getting contacts!?
and would a blocked tear duct prevent me from getting contacts!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You shouldn't be able to pop your blood vessels with your fingers!. If there's a pool of blood, then you probably have popped a vessel and need to see your optometrist to make sure there isn't serious damage!. If your eye just looks red, then you've probably just irritated it!. Take a break from practicing and see if it gets better!. Your optometrist will let you know what the problem is and how it will affect your getting contacts!. If your optometrist has found that you have a blocked tear duct but is planning on giving you contacts, it probably won't be a problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
