Eye Sight? Contacts?!

Question: Eye Sight!? Contacts!?
I just got contacts and have been wearing them for 2 days!. It was fine at first but the problem is that I can see far but not up close!. I can't really see the computer or books!. Is it too high or too low!? Should this be normal for the first time wearing contacts!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Depends on your age and if you are long sighted or short sighted!.
If you are over 40 then you will be presbyopic (this means you need a reading prescription as well as one for distance- this happens to everyone so don't worry), then the optician will have corrected your distance prescription but not your reading prescription!. If this is the case the optician should have discussed this with you so you would be aware of it!. If this is the case and it wasn't discussed with you then ask the optician tomorrow, there are lenses you can try instead!.

If that is not the case then your lenses could be under powered if you are long sighted (+ prescription) or too strong if you are short sighted (- prescription)
The optician should re-check the prescription when you go back!. It's common to have to tweak the prescription on the first aftercare (contact lens appointment) as when you first put the lenses in your eyes water a lot and it can give a slightly too strong or weak prescription!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

tell your eyedoctor to check on them if it continues !.
that happened to me its just your eyes adjusting but it went away aftter the 3rd day or so !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
