Question: I'm getting contacts in a few days and im kinda nervous!? help plz!?
Yeah i dont want anything to happen to my eyes cuz i dont kno how to handle them yet!. can some1 plz give me some tips on how to take care of them plz!? and what are the risks if you misuse them!? plz and thank u ^^Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know what your feeling, i'm a little nervous too, but don't worry at all!. If the risks of them outweighed the convenience, your optometrist wouldn't have subscribed them to you! Tomorrow i'm going for the "lesson" where they teach you all about them, and you practice putting them in!. They won't let you have the contacts, until u know what you're doing, so no worries!
So trust me, i bet after we've been wearin them for a month, we'll b like "why was i nervous!?" it'll be ok!

:D they tell you everything before and after like how to store them how to put them on over and over and over, but then usually they ddont let youu leave until you put them in yourselves but dont sleep with them in, how to clean them by gently cleaning them with solution in you hand or in teh case but they are a million times better than glasses!. Oh and you need a seperate different eye exam and preschripition for contacts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I recently got contacts too!. They're fantastic!. Don't be nervous (although I understand you are so was I), just be calm and take it slowly when you take them out!. If you think you can't get one out just blink and try again!. It won't get lost in your eye so don't panic at all!. Good luck, I hope you enjoy them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It took me 3 HOURS to put them on in the office and to take ONE out!. But don't worry, that was just me haha!. You're probably going to be fine!. The doctor will tell you everything!. I was nervous as well! And today it takes me about 30 seconds to put both of them in!. Technique is everything!.
