Normally the prescription for your glasses is stronger than the prescription needed for contact lenses!. (Your glasses are farther from your eyes than contact lenses, therefore the stronger Rx)!. The only way to know what your prescription would be is to visit your optometrist!. Yes, but the place you get them from may have to change it a smuge incase it aint the exact same!.
I wouldn't go with what you heard was best!. I would ask for a trial pair in them and see if you like them first!. I went through 3 different ones before I found some thin enought that I couldnn't feel!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
