Another contact lens question: I need really good taking in and out tips!?!

Question: Another contact lens question: I need really good taking in and out tips!!?
Am I doing something wrong!?

Sometimes when I try to put the contact in, it won't "stick" and my eye instanly waters and slides down into my lower lash!.

Other times it just bends the contact right-side-in (Backwards basically) when I try to push the contact to my eye since it won't stick and prefers to stay on my finger!.

Also I'm scared of pinching my eye when taking out my lens!
I think I already did it once since my pupil hurt for a minute!.

I just can't see the darned thing when trying to take it out!. All I know is that the lens is on the colored part of my eye so I just go for there, only to sometimes end up touching my actual eye and not the lens!.

For you contact veterans, please give me some of your advice to make it easier!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

One of the best tips for helping the contact lens stick to your eye and not your finger is to make sure your fingertip is as dry as possible!. The contact lens will want to stick to your finger if it is wet!.
For taking out your contact lens, I always recommend placing your finger on the bottom of the lens (it extends just past your colored portion) and sliding it downwards (more onto the white part of your eye) - you can then more easily grab it without scratching your cornea or sometimes you can slide it down so far that it will fold itself and come right out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
