I think it depends on the smoker and what the smoker is toking!. I get some really crazy CEVs on Chronic!. On shwag I get a very very mild CEV or sometimes none at all, but I think its just the user!. I have friends who have smoked longer than me and they have only had a few while I have had so many!.
