Question: Can i treat a lazy eye without glasses!?
Im 16, just about to turn 17
Last night was my prom and have just been looking at the pictures and noticed i have a lazy eye!.
Can i treat the lazy eye without having to wear glasses!?
Not got anyhing wrong with people who wear glasses!. just dont want to wear them!. Id probly lose them or something knowing meWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well, there are muscle exercises that you can do to try and strengthen the eye muscles!. You can try patching the eye that focuses well, which will force the eye that drifts to focus!. Best thing to do is to talk to your optometrist!. It may be a muscle problem, or you could have an unbalanced prescription!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you could go to the eye doctor and get glasses for just around the house or to just keep in your locker at school so they could help some of the time anyways!. Then another fix is to wear a patch over your good eye forcing your lazy eye to work for part of the day

i have lazy eye and i wear contacts!.!. it kinda straighten my eye
so try it!.!.!. it might help

plus!.!. some ppl doesnt have a noticeable lazy eye!.!. but it shows just when takin pictures!.!.!.

You may be able to put a eye cover over your good eye and make the lazy eye muscles work hard !. You could do this at home over a period of time and check how its going ~~Www@Answer-Health@Com
