Question: I accidentally hit myself in the eye with a paper bag!.!.!.!?
Now one of my vessels is bright red and my eye feels!.!.!.irritated!. what the heck can i do!? it's very uncomfortable!Www@Answer-Health@Com

OucH, maybe you paper cut your cornea or sclera!. Try and see whcih part you injured!. If it is your cornea then it will be very sensitive and your vision would be affected (for a whileUse some sterile eye drops to cleanse the eye of any debris and close it and just sleep!. You should keep both eyes close as opening one eye will move the other!. If it is still hurting after a day or so, go and see an optometrist or your doctor!. They might give you steroid eye drops to promote healing and anti bacterial drops for infection!. Remember just try and keep the eye shut and rest!. Give it time to heal!. oh mybe place a cool tea bag or somethin on your eye lid to soothe the ache!. Dont worry, you be eyeaight!Www@Answer-Health@Com
You may have caused a small haemorrhage!. (burst blood vessels)!. These are fine when small but can be very damaging and cause pressure in the eye if larger!. Go to your doctor/a&e to be on the safe side!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
