Question: Is there anyone really helpful willing to tell me how to take out my contact lenses!!?
My daughter just got some the other day (she's 13) and she's freaking out, trying to get them out!. can somebody make a youtube video explaning every step or something!? She thinks there's something behind the contact and if she pulls it down it'll go to the back of her eye!. Please help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

tell her to just gently pull it out!. it will not go to the back of her eye!. Trust me I am 14 yrs old and I've been wearing contacts for like 3 yrs!. shes not too young to have contacts! just tell her to get over the thing of thinking it will go to the back of her eye!. Are they hard or soft!? If soft, just pull your bottom lid down gently and with two fingers, squeeze the lense together and it should just pop off of her eye!. If she is worried there is something in her eye, she can rinse it with sailne solution!. If it is quite serious, she may have to go to hospital!.

Have her just calm down to begin with!. The contact can't go behind the eye!.
