Can you really strengthen your lazy eye by covering your good eye and only looking through your lazy eye for a few hours!? Or can this be only cured surgically!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Occclusion may certainly help at your age!. You might get one more line on the eye chart!.
Surgery alone does not always help if there is no fusion of both eyes together!.

I have a lazy eye myself!. When I was a kid, in the 60s, the eye Dr made me wear this stupid eye patch, and also to do some exercises that they claimed would strengthen my weaker muscle!.
But over time they realized that in those who have a lazy eye one muscle is LONGER than the other, not weaker!. So, trying to strengthen it really is a waste of time!.
