Absolutely!! My eyes are much worse than yours and it feels great when I put my contacts on!. I mean it's practically the same thing as glasses except it allows you to do more things!. For example, when you do sport your glasses might break but when you have contacts on it's very convenient!.
It might feel kinda uncomfortable at first when you wear them but you'll get used to it!.

i just got some today, and i have the same perscription as you!. They are wonderful! You dont even feel them, and they dont dry out your eyes!. though it did take me an hour and 50 times or so to put them in twice! lol!. i would DEFINATLY recommend them!Www@Answer-Health@Com
