it' hard at first, but practice makes perfect!.
just learn a technique comftorable for you!.
they'll have you practice in the mirror first at the place!.
you just need to learn how to lift your lids and pop it in!. it doesnt hurt like it does when u press your finger to your bare eye!.
but make sure your hands are always clean!. it will hurt like a MOTHER!

It's not as hard as it sounds!. I can't even touch my eye with my finger, but after a few tries I got the hang of putting them/taking them out!. Besides they'll show you how to do all that when you pick them up!.

same way i was too! i would hold a mirror up so i could place it in my eye,always used mirror!. makes it so much easier to see exactly where you're placing it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
