One of my eye doctors said it didn't matter and then this new eye doctor I went with said that it does affect your vision!. So he just told me to take little bread!.!.!. focus my eyes on somwhere else away from the computer monitor!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

2!. why do we have to pause during work period and go for break!?
3!. why do we go for picnic!?
the thing is that too much of most things affect our future!.!.!. especially when it comes eye usage!. wysiwyg!.!.!. qed!
if you misuse your eye, definitely it will affect you in future!.!.!.
there are other things like reading and going for recreation!.
