Question: Are Contacts good for a 13 year old or should i stick to glasses!?
I want to get contact for my 13th b-day but i dunno if they are good for my eyes or should i wait till im older!. Will they infect or cause any side affect to my eyes!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Contacts are definetly good for someone your age!. I've been wearing them since I was twelve, and I'm fourteen now and I love them!. As a teenager contacts are definetly easier because they don't get in the way when you play sports, they aren't knocked off your face either!. They can fall out of your eyes!. You can get an infection if you don't take care of your contacts properly!. Listen to your optician!. They take some time to get used to when you're first learning to put them in and take care of them!. Never, ever, swim in contacts or sleep in them unless you get the yearly or monthly contacts- if daily or two- weekly and you sleep in them they could get stuck under your eyelids!. It really depends on how comfortable you are poking your finger in your eye, how responsible you are, and where eye drops at first for extra comfortabilityWww@Answer-Health@Com
