Also if Helen Keller (sp!?) was deaf AND blind how did she know how to speak!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Helen Keller was born normal!. When she was around a year and a half old she became ill and lost her sight and hearing!. She was beginning to speak before she became sick so she had a small amount of memory of what speech was!. It didn't hurt that she was brilliant either!.

Color for someone who had never seen anything would be a vague concept!. In the 1985 movie "Mask" the main character Rocky attempted to explain color to a blind girl by using her sense of touch!. A hot potato was "red", cotton balls were "white", etc!. It worked in the movie, but I don't know if it would work in real life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
