Question: How do I get my contacts out!?
my doctor told me a way 2 get my contacts out, but it never really works!. does anyone else have a suggestion of how 2 get them out!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I myself have been wearing contact lenses for some time now and I now have no trouble getting them out!. You should sit infront of a mirror and have a light on pointing in your direction!. Open your eye with your fingers and look directly up!. Slide the contact lense down to the bottom of your eye!. From there you can grab it and pull it out! Hope this helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
For me, I do it a sort of weird way!. I put my two index fingers together at the end of the contacts (center of eye, each on a different side) and push inward!. It took me a week or so to learn how to do it, but it works like a charm now!

get some rewetting drops or something and put one in each eye, then get the contact and move it away from the center of your eye a little, and pinch it a little to get it out!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i rub my eyes really fast and they end up folding over and i just pick em off
