Is there Anything I can do to Help Prevent Retinal Detachment?!


Question: Is there Anything I can do to Help Prevent Retinal Detachment!?
I am only 21 years old!. I am extremely near sighted (-13!.00), have been all my life!. At my last check-up,a few small holes were noticed in my retina!. I know retinal dettachment is a big risk now!.
What can I do to help prevent it!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Did you have the holes treated!? A lot of times an ophthalmologist will just laser around them, which essential welds your retina into place!. Other than that, try to avoid any head trauma!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
