Question: My friend used to have near-sightedness but he got perfect vision from contacts!?
I don't get it!. My friend Mike has near-sightedness(myopia)but after he got contacts his near-sightedness all but disappeared in a year! How can that be possible!? Can contacts actually CURE blurry vision!? Also I am wondering whether I should get contacts instead of glasses because i kinda have a thing about rubbing my eyes should I get contacts!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's just pure coinidence that his eyes changed for the better!. That isn't seen often with myopia, but it happens!.
It wasn't the contacts that did it!.!.!.his eyes would have changed that way even if he had been wearing glasses, or no correction at all!.
As for yourself!.!.!.everybody has a thing about touching their eyes to start with, it isn't a normal thing to do!.!.!.lol
It's nowhere near as bad as you think!. Millions wear them and I bet none of them enjoyed putting them in the first times!.
You just have to have your mind made up that you are going do it!.!.and be taught by someone how to do it correctly!.
BTW!.!.!.contacts INSTEAD of glasses is not recommended!.!.!.you have to have glasses as a backup anyway because you can't just wear contacts all the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Since you rub your eyes, contacts might not be a good idea!.
I really doubt the contacts actually cured the near-sightedness!. The problem with focusing light is permanent!. Even Lasik only changes the cornea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
