Can the wrong contact lenses make you dizzy or nauseous.?!

Question: Can the wrong contact lenses make you dizzy or nauseous!.!?
I have been wearing contact lenses for astigmatism and farsightedness for about year!. Yesterday, my doctor changed my prescription a bit and gave me a new trial pair to try for a week!. They are the same brand I have always wore, but just a different script!. I wore them yesterday for a few hours without much problem, but today I am experiencing dizziness and nausea when wearing them!. When I take them out and put on my glasses (in my old prescription), I am still having the same problems!. Without anything on, everything is completely blurry, which I can normally see some without anything in!. Worried that I have screwed up my eyes a bit or are they just realy fatigued from the change!? Any one else had the same experience when changing contacts!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Oh yes, very much so!. They are just fatigued!. It sounds like you might want to do the 4 hours a day, then 6 hours a day process!. Switching from glasses to contacts regardless of prescription, always gives me a huge headache!. I'd talk to the eye doc just to see what you ca do to make your transition easierWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not convinced it's the contacts if your old prescription eye glasses are doing it as well!. Rest a bit and try again!.!.!.!.if it persists, see your eye doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Definitely something is wrong with your prescription!. I wouldn't wait - call your doctor back and get them adjusted!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would go back to the doctor!. I have gotten dizzy when wearing a wrong script but it went away after i changed my lensesWww@Answer-Health@Com
