It's a little confusing; do you mean: 1] You currently don't need glasses!. and 2] You are wondering how long you would need to wear some glasses you don't really need before your eyes become dependent on them!.
If that's the case, wearing glasses when you don't need them (or wearing somebody elses glasses) won't physically damage your eyes, you might get headaches, distorted or blurry vision, and eyestrain etc, but it should go away after you stop wearing them!. Wearing glasses doesn't cause the shape of your eyes to change, and thus, shouldn't cause refractive errors!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends how bad your eyes are!.!.!.!.my brother used to wear them when he was young and now he doesn't need them at all!.!.!.my mom however still wears them!.!.!.they did have very similar vision problems!.!.!.but i think it really depends on age and how much you wear ur glasses =]
