Going blind in one eye for a few minutes?!
Question: Going blind in one eye for a few minutes!?
Since I can remember, I've suddenly gone blind in my right eye for a few minutes on and off!. The vision in that eye is replaced with this gray fuzziness and I can only see out of my left!. I do have a birthmark on my optic nerve which is supposed to be of no threat to me!. I've had another friend describe this same sensation to me and I was wondering what is it!? Why is it only my right eye!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

there must be some refractive error with over correction---consult your eye doctor at once!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I agree with the TIA suggestion!. I have very bad migraines and have vision effects before each migraine!. TIA and migraines are related neurological problems, and they are both signs of a higher likelihood of stroke!.
Go see a neurologist, and if you have headaches too, then go to one who specializes in headaches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you seen an opthalmologist!? I had the same thing and it was a TIA, a stroke warning!. I had to have surgery on my carotid artery immediately!. Please do not ignore this warning!. You could lose your sight in that eye or have a serious stroke!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
