I have worn contacts for almost 25 years (starting in my teens)!. while I am getting my eyes checked every year I ask the eye doctor about questions like that!. they are always happy to answer them!. they all say its a myth that low light and eyestrain hurt your eyes!. they say that your vision is determined by genetics!.

I have used computers now for 27 and I have had people telling me that computers wreck my eyes as well!. Every eye doctor I ask about it says its just a myth!.
