Its a nerve muscle!. Sometimes its caused by stress, too much caffeine, or lack of sleep!. Its weird I just had that happen to me the other day and it lasted for 2 days, it was driving me crazy! It usually goes away on its own, but it helps getting more sleep to rest your eyes a bit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
