Question: Weird things in the corner of my eyes!?

I have like a part from my eyelid that kind of comes down and makes a weird thing in the corner of my eye!. It's hard to describe, but it kind of makes like a curl in the corner of my eye(the one closer to the nose)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
