How come when I first get up, everything goes black for a moment?!

Question: How come when I first get up, everything goes black for a moment!?
You know when you rub your eyes really hard for a couple seconds, open them, and everything is black for a second!? Then it all comes back into view!? Why does that happen when I first get out of bed everything morning!? If I get up and start walking it happens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Your blood pressure is usually low after lying down and sleeping!. Getting up to a standing position causes the blood to flow more rapidly and will sometimes cause dizziness, blurred vision or "black"!.

As long as the "normal" comes back in a few seconds, then you will be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That used to happen to me from time to time!. I think it has something to do with an iron definciency!. From what I gather, it seems as though after sitting for a long time, standing up quickly kind of robs your brain of blood (oxygen) for a few seconds!. I think, anyway!. I'm not an expert on the subject or anything though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its a rush of blood going in your head, normally after staying in a position for too long!. Its caused by malnutrition and/or lack of sleep!. Try breathing slowly before getting out of the bed!. I have this "black out" too oftenWww@Answer-Health@Com

Because when you get up suddenly, all the blood starts pooling away from your head!. This may cause you to feel a little lightheaded or have blurred vision for a few moments!. Soon the blood circulates normally again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
