Do you find it hard to take out your contacts?!

well this is my 1st day with them and i cant get them out

been a hr now

If you're new to wearing contacts, it will be frustrating for awhile putting them in and taking them out!. It took me about 15 minutes to get them out!. Now, though, I've been wearing them for two years and can put them in and take them out in just a few seconds!. Just practice and you'll get used to them!. The hard ones are a bit tougher to get out!. The soft ones, just squeeze them on the sides using your thumb and forefinger and they should pop right out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if they're soft contacts, look toward your nose and up, use your index finger to gently press on the contact and down towards your ear, pinch and pull out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try dragging them to the side of your eye away from your nose!. Then pinch it!. Keep trying until you get it! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
