Question: My eye keeps twitching!?
My left eye has been twitching the whole afternoon and it is driving me crazy!!! I am only 13 too so whats up with that!.!.!.!.Iv'e just been home all day hanging out watchoing tv too!.!.!.how can i get it too stop!.!.!.!.I can't go to the doctors now cause my dad just left and now I have to watch my lil bro!.!.!.ughh it is so annoying!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the exact same thing happen to me! dont worry, its nothing serious - this happens when your either tierd / not had much sleep the night before, or if your doing something which exhausts your eyes - i!.e i get it when i spend to long on my laptop

Most muscle twitches are harmless and go away without any treatment!. Too much caffeine and diet deficiency perhaps!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

when ur eye twitches, it means u need to eat more potassium!. so eat a few bananas or any other foods with lots of potassium in them if u dont like bananas!. good luck =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
