wash your hands then get you lense on your poiter finger of the hand you write with
then with your other hand open your eye lid
make sure it isn't inside out (there are usually numbers) then take your middle finger and pull down your bottom eye lid and stick your pointer finger on you eye and the contact will suck on there

Wash Your Hands
Put first contact in palm of hand
Rinse with Solution
Put On index finger of dominant hand so it is shaped like a bowl not a saucer (sounds dumb but it needs to be rightside out)
pull down bottom of eye
Push into into so it doesnt feel uncomfortable too much
Roll your eye to make sure its in
blink

u put them in ur eyes!.!.!.wash ur hands
n make sure contacts are clean
-i start wit my right eye-
1-hold ur eye lid up wit ur left hand [i use my middle finger]
n the lower part of ur eye wit ur right middle finger!.!.then

2-squeeze out all the lil bubbles, look
up n down to put it more
in place/comfortable
n do the same with the other!.if ur eye's a lil dry
put some drops in ur eye, on the contact!.!.!.it wont hurt!.
a lil tip!.!.sometimes how the contact is shaped
makes it a whole lot more comfortable!.!.so
before u put it in or wen u take it out, look at how its
shaped!.!.like a bowl or with the sides sticking out
oh!!.!.n dont worry bout taking it out its wayyy easier, just
pinch it a little and take it out!.!.simple :)

What do you mean what do you do!? You put them in your eye if you dotn know how!.!.!. I always put mine on my middle finger and then i use my first finger to pull down the bottum of my eye and my other and to pull up the top and then you just put it on your eye!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
You should contact the doctor who prescribed them, they are supposed to show you how to put them in and also make sure they fit right by looking into your eyes while your wearing them!.
