Not to be a nit-pick, but The Doctors at Wal-Mart Vision Centers are independant!.
That being the case it is up to the doctor on that one!. Wal-Mart has no say in the matter because you are not seeing Wal-Mart for the exam!. You could, hypothetically go to one WM and the eye doc says no to contacts!.!.!. then travel 20 miles to the next closest one and that eye doc could say yes!.
