Question: How To Put Contacts In My Left Eye!?
I have now had contacts for about two and half weeks!. When I first went to get contacts, i put them in at the office and it took me about 15 minutes for each eye!. Now it takes me about 3 minutes for my right eye and about an hour for my left!. It there some secret in putting them in!? After awhile my left eye gets bloodshot and it is pain!. I have tried what everyone has told me about putting them on your eyelid, putting them the corners, putting them in center and leaving your eye open, but then the contact doesn't come off my finger!. It seems that for me, closing my eye gets the contact off my finger but then it doesn't go in my eye!. Remember all this is just for my left eye!. I don't know what i have done for my right eye but it goes in easily!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Contacts like moisture!. If your finger is too wet, the contact will stick to it!. Also, if you're trying for up to an hour, your eye is probably getting too dry!. Try putting a drop of solution in the "bowl" of the contact!. Also, it depends on whether you are right-handed or left-handed how you would put each lens in!. Most people have difficulty putting in the contact on the opposite side from their dominant hand!.
If you continue to have trouble, I recommend going back to the optician or optical shop where you were prescribed the contacts!. Just explain that although you were taught how in the beginning, you don't seem to be getting the hang of it on the left side!. Every optical shop I've ever worked at NEVER had a problem giving a new wearer another class!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

grab your lashes with your right hand from the top!. Pull the lid up with your right hand, and your bottom lid down with your middle and ring fingers (on the left hand)!.!.!. when the eye is completely open pop it in!. Use your finger (left hand) to pull the contact up down and around until it sticks to your eye!.
Another useful tip is to put a drop of solution onto the contact just before application to create more suction!.

Yeah it took me like an hour to get mine in at first but I can do it now [=
I use a mirror on a table with my head over then place the contact directly in front and hold it for about 3 secs then take my finger away!.
With my left eye I just use my left hand to open my top eyelid then use my right hand to open the bottom and place the contact in my eye!

Make sure your hands are clean and you didn't just wake up, as it can be difficult if your eyes are sleepy!. Clean the lens, pull down the bottom of your eye, and put it on your eye!. Don't close your eye yet, just keep it open for about 5 seconds!. Then close your eye!. While keeping your eye closed, pull your lashes so it makes a little "click" and open your eye!. The contact should be in place and ready to go!Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you are right handed please put the left in first, it takes time to learn to put contacts in quickly but always put left in first if right handed and right in firat if left handedWww@Answer-Health@Com
make sure it on ur finger like a bowl and slowly put it on the center of ur eye but keep it on there till it suction cups onto ur eye Www@Answer-Health@Com
When, you put it in the center of your eye and leave it open!. Is the contact flat on your finger or like a bowl!?

it should not stay on your finger if your eyes are not dry!. Try dripping eye drops before putting your contacts and make sure your fingers are dry too,Www@Answer-Health@Com
